Fun Brian .com/ Poptropica

Hello dear reader,

far away from Germany, I'm sitting here trying to reproduce the experience into words. It just simply is not something one has experienced with all senses, in a single text, which included only a sense organ again can be ...

So imagine, Saadet, and I expect our little palace. We wave our friendly neighbors from all sides. We are a bit nervous. Our first ride on the scooter ahead of us ... Uma and Sandhya are good drivers? What will it be to be delivered to the market now? This time we will not sit in a car with four walls, which would mitigate any impact. Hopefully it is not so bad for Saadet ... She's never raced on such a bicycle.

have a few minutes later we were on our first trip and are facilitates front of a church. I wonder if this really is a church. She looks a lot different than the relatively simple church building held in my home. Everything is decorated with colorful characters and the interior is very bright and open. Beautiful and strange.

Keep going. Meanwhile, Saadet, and I really enjoy it, to drive with the motor scooters. You take all the smells of the city was much more intense and the wind is blowing in your face. A wonderful cool!

Respekt!

Where to now? Ah, to market! We keep a small square around which are a few items. We buy the most necessary (for potatoes, oil, lime) and are completely overwhelmed by the vast selection of unfamiliar vegetables. All stare at us. It seems as if the sun itself had chosen us in person, to take us into their vizier. Fortunately, it's pretty fast back on the bike overheated chair and into the homes to the longed-for fans.

The days go by very quickly here and before we know it It is Sunday. After a leisurely breakfast (corn flakes) and I think Saadet how we could use the day. Our overly loud bell makes us wince. Who will be? Our neighbors. They have apparently made the same question to them and invite us to celebrate with them, Ganesh's birthday. The chance we would not miss it! Who is Ganesh? Ah, one God. That is not just any God but the God who stands in the hierarchy of Hindu gods at the top. He is often depicted in human form with four arms and an elephant head. We may even look at prayer. Only in the apartment of the landlord and then the Community Pray neighbors from the house. During the ceremony, the God is symbolically supplied with food and much more. Nor can we put something on the small Ganesh figure. It is truly an honor! After the whole procedure is offered us food. The sacred food that was intended but actually symbolic of Ganesh. May we take it really? And calling upon us look expectantly to our hosts. So good ... I'll try. Unfortunately I can not assign the unusual taste. At first it is a bit strange. Well, actually, it tastes really good ... It could be described as good.

Now it is already evening, and my thoughts wander off. What actually happened in the first few days here in Parvathipuram? Where time is probably gone? I remember. We were taken by car to the office. We stopped at a small Haus.Viele pairs of eyes looked at us as we got out of the car. Only the red Zeppich and Traupe of photographers were still missing, then I would have asked me if I would have accepted a new IDENTITY ... Saadet and I were each a beautiful bunch of flowers and all employees of JKS stood in front of us by name. I honestly told me not to remember the other strange-sounding melodies ... Nevertheless, we all smiled and some first jokes loosened the mood to erhelblich. After some formalities, we went on to Bridge School. I remember that I was pretty excited on the way there. My nervousness was completely unfounded. Again we were greeted with two bouquets of flowers. The kids looked so expectantly ... At first we were a little overwhelmed when 60 children were arranged in rows in front of us. Guys left, girls right. With the help of our mentors we made it with them to play a few games. Time passed very quickly, Saadet and I were all ready and already, two more hours of our lives gone by.

I Have A White Numb Finger

Broken Bow

dear reader,

you even know how irritating it is when you are looking for the Project partners in his future mentors find it but not noticed and the knowing grin of strangers just very nice place? It even more vexing when trying during the interview is to find out who the two strangers, and we are pleased about the chance that they come fully out of the state where you now for six months will live. While so slow all the blocks are joined together and you recognize that it is but a very, very big fall to is that they both come from the same city will go into one, and then suddenly "JKS" and "mentor" said is the grin of women becoming more widely: "Yes, we are Uma and Sandhya, your mentors.

There they were, then, our mentors. For us, it's hard to describe, because they are just different. They make jokes, but can also be serious,

"Is it very hot in Parvathipuram?" - Yes, yes, it is.
"Really?" Oh my god ... I am so afraid of the weather! " - No problem, no problem. Why? Because we want to manage it.

"Is Parvathipuram far away?" - Yes, yes. Two days journey.
"Two days?" - No problem, no problem. Why? Because you can sleep.

"How's the director sir?" -Fine, fine.
"No, I mean, is he nice?" - Oh yes, yes. Very nice!

After looking all night thinking about it made had, as we should hold out for two days in a stuffy, full, hot train, would have in which we probably sleep standing up or sitting down - of course, alternately, so that always one can take care of the baggage we took us the next day heart and shared our concerns with the mentors.

"Sandya ... Uma ... Is it really that hot in Parvathipuram?" - Hot? No, it is like here. Windy and cool.
"Really?" - Sure. It is rainy season. That's why.

a misunderstanding! It was just a misunderstanding. We took a load off my mind and we could the next few days enjoy with the mentors and end the days of seminars happy with the Cultural Evening.

The next day was called "farewell". One group after another left the familiar and safe KKID and made their way into the unknown. After many tears, we were at some point on the platform. With us the Karwar and Maithri team.

The train ride we had to but will be alone. By 22 clock was our train ... We walked nervously the blue monster and our eyes widened and threatened to fall out of our heads. Separate areas with light, air conditioning, fan, folding table, mirrors, electricity and beds. AND Food Service! Meat ... And? Two days by train. After this exhausting hours we had reached as yet. Since there was still the 3 hour car ride from the station into our new home.

half a night. We drive through a dimly lit street and turn in eine Seitenstraße ab. Ein See mitten auf der Straße. Der Wagen hält an. Die Straße ist zu Ende. "Nein! Bitte... Bitte fahr weiter! Lass uns nicht schon da sein!" - The Director Sir is waiting. Come" - zu spät.

"It is 2 o'clock in the morning and it is unbelievable hot... Didn't you say it is cool and windy here?"
- Sorry, sorry.... We thought, you wouldn't come... That's why we told you so...
Sweet Mentors :-)

Next morning.
It is time to go to the office to meet the JKS Family. They all are waiting and we aswell. We are very excited and do not really know what do feel, what to say. Uma, Sandhya, GB Sir and the Director Sir. They all are special and very different persons. But one thing they all have in common: They have a heart that could give 100 of people a home. So somehow we are not afraid to meet the other employees. It is just an exciting moment. Maybe a moment we will never forget. So when we get out of the company car all of the employees stay in front of us. With a big smile and two bouquets.

Wonder, wonder, tell me child,
Do you see the brightened light?
It is the smile of our team,
Child you see, it's not a dream.

Wonder, wonder, tell me now
What did you do, what and how?
Why do we feel so secure?
They're a wonder, just like you're.

Wonder, wonder, do you see,
What they want us now to be?
Friends of them, tell me how,
How could we ever answer "no"?

Wonder, wonder, do you feel
How they lovely start to steal,
Our sorrows, pain and fright
By being there, all day and night.

Dear JKS family, do you see
That we feel great, Sarah and me.
So that our soul and our heart
Thak you for the untouchable start.

Phenergan And Drowsiness

India, here we are.

Like a tear searching for friends,
We leave our home and go.
Like a tear on someone's face
We will fight and grow.

I know, I know we're not alone.
14 volunteers we are,
14 friends hand in hand
On our way to India.

From Frankfurt to Mumbai,
From Mumbai to Coimbatore.
Malathi where are you?
We can't wait anymore.

There she is, our lovely Mala.
She takes us to the KKID,
Where we will stay about a week
-Yes we all, my friends and me.

Shopping, laughing, eating with hands.
A week full of love and delight.
Getting to know our India
and sleeping well into the night.

Saadet Keskinkilic

Wonderful.
more you can say not really. We get up in the morning, forcing us to go to yoga, to sit with back pain at the breakfast table and dreamily rush off juicy papaya. No, dear parents, we not only eat papaya - for breakfast, there are also toasts, butter, jelly marmalade and hot dishes, the latter did, however, we do not like to claim - rice for breakfast not everyone's thing, just as bus drivers. Although I must say that this makes a delicate fun. To have a really fun ride, one needs a Klapperbus,

a mad bus driver and fan-propelled,

14 volunteers involved in the boring bus travel are used to in Germany,

a lovely and crazy mentors named Malathi

and about three times as many Indians, wie eigentlich in den Bus passen.

We will probably never forget how we are the first food gone.

All the waiters were standing around us as if they were waiting on us to provide them with an unforgettable show. What is seen happening. As everyone knows now I can, Saadet, eat anything sharp. But unfortunately was out of the yogurt really sharp focus and I got a horrible Hustanfall, which served to amuse Malathi's and the waiter. I'm always happy when I can make people laugh. A fortiori, if gasping for air, I grab Sarah's hand and they must calm down. Well, something has its advantages. I now have a personal food taster. At this point I would like to thank my favorite tandem partner Sarah, who warns me again, if something is sharp and straight sleeves of her tunic stitched (first only one sleeve was on the line at some stage two and again only one - noticed by the way) "You're the best! While we're already in thanksgiving, we would also like to thank you, now that you read our blog entry on whom you wait long must surely be tested. We had not so often go the way onto the Internet. What to be honest was not that bad. Since we had more time to learn how to wash laundry by hand.

an incredible job! Our appreciation to all housewives who had to make this for years, or still have to make. While it was pretty funny, but only because we had made us so clumsy and Charlotte and Malathi wet at the end, as the clothes were. Seen in fact the whole week in KKID seminar in Coimbatore was incredibly funny and interesting. But only because of the weekly schedule was very good. Time you went shopping there in the city, then it later went into a Tribe,

times in a yoga center.

And then there was still a meeting with the mentors ...

more in our next blog entry:) Then there is also more detailed reports. Look forward to exciting festivals, rituals, funny, interesting meetings and talks, and much more!
